Air and Conditioner Service
Is your car’s air conditioning system not keeping you cool and comfortable on hot summer days? Are your windows constantly fogging up during rain or snow? It might be time to get your car’s A/C system checked!
Air conditioning (A/C) is not just a luxury; it’s a matter of comfort, safety, and health. In addition to making driving more enjoyable, A/C also performs these important functions:
- Prevents windows from fogging up, ensuring clear visibility during rain or snow.
- Filters the air in the cabin, removing dust, pollen, and other allergens, which improves the air quality you breathe.
- Regulates temperature and humidity, creating an optimal microclimate for comfortable and safe driving.
Signs of a malfunctioning A/C system:
Weak airflow: Even if the air from the vents feels cool, its volume is insufficient to effectively cool the cabin.
Loss of cooling: The air stops being cool, even if the A/C is running at maximum power.
Unusual noises: Knocking, rattling, or other unusual sounds may indicate problems with the compressor or other A/C system components.
Refrigerant leak: If you smell a sweetish odor while the A/C is running, it could be a sign of a refrigerant leak.
Unpleasant odor from the vents: This could indicate a dirty cabin air filter or mold growth in the A/C system.
Don’t ignore these signs!

R134A
In most cars built since 1994 that are on the road today, R134a refrigerant makes the A/C system blow cold on hot days.
Selected for its low flammability and safety, as well as because it’s kinder to the environment.
R134A is preferred for its environmental safety, regulatory compliance, efficiency, and compatibility with automotive air conditioning components.

R1234YF
The R1234YF air conditioning refill is designed for all cars manufactured after 2017.
The most significant difference between R134a and R1234yf is the environmental impact.
It’s important to note that you should not use R134A in a system that is designed for 1234YF.
